Our team brings many years of experience specializing in municipal enforcement across multiple, Nova Scotia municipalities working in both urban and rural environments. We have supported communities through thousands of compliance interactions, investigations, and public inquiries, and are experienced in providing professional testimony before provincial courts and administrative bodies. Our focus is on fairness, problem-solving, and helping residents and organizations understand and meet their obligations. We believe strong compliance comes not only from enforcement but from clear communication, education, and a commitment to resolving issues respectfully and efficiently.

Municipalities may contract our services directly, and where needed, team members can be formally appointed as Special Constables under the Nova Scotia Police Act to perform authorized enforcement duties on behalf of the municipality. In addition to field enforcement, we provide policy development, complaint intake and response, investigative support, officer coaching and training, documentation and reporting systems, and administrative assistance.
